These shirts are soft, and they feel good against my skin. The sizing chart on the product page doesn’t make much sense to me, especially if you go by waist size like I do. In my opinion, the size of shirt that you normally wear is the size that you should order. I normally wear a large or extra large shirt. I ordered a medium because I want my compression shirts to fit tight. I should’ve ordered a large because it would have been exactly what I wanted. I made the mistake so that you wouldn’t have to. This shirt does have very good compression, and it will make you look slimmer. For me, this shirt was most helpful in hiding my man boobs. It did help my midsection a lot, but just not as much as it did my chest. This shirt stretches quite a bit, which makes it a little bit easier to put on and take off. The shirt does not limit any movements so it can be worn anytime and for anything. Also, the shirt is what I would consider to be medium weight. I really like the moisture wicking ability of this shirt. It is a big help in keeping me from getting overheated. I’m happy with this shirt. I am also happy that I ordered the 3 pack.
