Joe was courteous and reassured that product was in working condition and he would ensure it would be in clean working conditions. I had used this model some 35 years ago and this unit purchased did not disappoint. Brews a strong expresso and allows you to froth milk whilst brewing to allow for a seamless and enjoyable experience. Note – you won’t get crema quality expresso – but never expected from such a model. Would highly recommend unit for the casual expresso/ cappuccino enthusiast who’s looking for a reliable machine that gets the work done.
