I’ve had this coat for a couple of years. I’m a home cook. Washed many times, has stood up well. I bought this when I was a heavier weight so it’s roomy right now but I don’t mind as I’m not cooking as a fashion model. It has a stretchy material for the back and the rest of the coat has a good quality fabric. Might be too heavy for summer or hot kitchens. My only peeve is that the sleeves are too long for my taste. I’m 5’1″ and I always have to roll them up. One of these days I’m going to shorten them to 3/4 length. Anyway, the black is great to not show stains and it’s certainly a more slimming color, too.
