We are always happy to find big & tall sizes that actually fit as advertised on Amazon. This is another happy find for us. The sleeves are long. The body is long enough to cover my husbands belly. There is ample fabric to cover him with looking liked a stuffed sausage. (The fit is not overly tight.) He is 6’2”, 310#. In American sizes he would be a 3XL. But you must always read the size chart when ordering foreign made clothes. The size chart supplied is accurate. I measured my husband. According to my husbands measurements, he is a 4XL in this size chart. The 4XL fit perfectly as advertised.The fabric in this shirt is 95% polyester with just a touch of spandex to keep it form fitting. Polyester is not the best insulator. It is an excellent fabric for wicking moisture away, allowing it to evaporate. So if you out jogging and sweating, or at the gym, the sweat will evaporate away. If you are in the rain or snow, the moisture will evaporate away.This shirt, worn by itself, is not warm. My husband said a short sleeve cotton T-shirt feels warmer than this long sleeve polyester shirt.If it is cold, this would make an excellent undershirt. Layers are always insulating because of the trapped layer of air between the fabrics. As an undershirt, this fabric is light and just slinky enough to slide around comfortably underneath a sweater. It will not bunch up under the arms or at the elbows. It would not be too bulky. It would make an excellent undershirt because it will wick your sweat away from your body. Nobody likes a wet sweaty cotton undershirt under their sweater.It would also be a good shirt to wear underneath a flannel shirt/jacket. Some men wear their flannel shirts/jackets with the buttons open, showing off a second shirt underneath. This would be good for that, for the same reasons mentioned before.My husband likes the way this shirt looks. He wears it all the time. It’s great in the spring and early fall all by itself. It’s great combined with a flannel shirt, sweater or jacket in the winter.The fabric is soft to the touch. I love snuggling him when he wears this shirt.It washes up nicely like most polyesters do. No wrinkles. No ironing needed.RATING:We like the way this shirt looks on my big & tall husband. We are very happy with it. I am taking one star off because the Amazon Ad said this was a thermal underwear shirt. It is not. Otherwise, it is great.
